Endasi Foundation Uganda, nestled in the heart of Njeru, Buikwe District, stands as a beacon of hope and growth. As an emerging Ugandan NGO, we dedicate ourselves to elevating communities and individuals. Our mission is to empower through innovative community projects, education and compassionate temporary care.

 

At the core of our efforts is our cherished Children's Center, a sanctuary for children in need. Here, we provide not just a roof over their heads, but a comprehensive suite of services including psychological support, education, care and medical assistance. Collaborating closely with the Buikwe District's probation office, we engage with communities and families to ensure that each child, when ready, is lovingly reintegrated into a family environment that is safe, joyful and nurturing. Our commitment extends beyond their departure from our center, as we continue to support and monitor their progress.

 

Expanding our reach, the Community Outreach Department plays a pivotal role. Staffed by dedicated social workers, we have initiated a variety of programs in Njeru aimed at enriching lives. These programs focus on critical areas such as family planning, adult education, micro-enterprise development and healthcare. A shining example of our innovative approach is our adult education initiative, which includes an agricultural program. This program equips local farmers with knowledge on climate-smart and sustainable farming practices, aiming to boost farm productivity and, consequently, family incomes.

 

In partnership with Endasi Global e.V. in Germany, we embody a united front, tackling challenges and making strides in both Uganda and Germany.
